Casa Mediterránea is an exploration of Mediterranean-inspired architecture reimagined within a tropical landscape. The project consists of a main house, a guest house, and a rancho-style pavilion centered around a pool — together forming a composition that celebrates open-air living and the natural rhythm of the site.

The main villa rises in height to capture sweeping views over the treetops and a glimpse of the distant ocean. On the third floor, a lookout terrace with a hot tub fulfills the clients’ wish for a serene retreat above the canopy — a place to enjoy sunsets and the sounds of the jungle.

Each building interacts gracefully with the existing trees, allowing the architecture to weave around nature rather than impose upon it. Curved lines and arched details echo the warmth of Mediterranean design, while textured stucco walls, robust wooden accents, and soft neutral tones create a cozy yet refined atmosphere.

The result is a clean, timeless environment — where Mediterranean elegance meets tropical soul, and every corner invites calm, light, and connection to the landscape.
