PH Residence sits atop a mountain ridge, commanding 180-degree panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. The dramatic topography of the site became the project’s defining challenge and inspiration. Instead of resisting it, the design embraces the slope through a series of split levels, creating dynamic interior experiences where ceiling heights shift fluidly — from intimate, grounded spaces to soaring volumes that frame the vast horizon.

This vertical play not only enhances spatial richness but also amplifies the ocean views, expanding them both horizontally and vertically. The result is a living experience that feels at once anchored to the mountain and suspended above it — floating over the ridge.

The residence features nine bedrooms, a music studio, and a panoramic terrace with a pool, forming a complete retreat that balances creative energy and tranquility. Architecturally, it merges brutalist strength, tropical openness, and modern purity. Clean horizontal lines define its aesthetic, while raw materials and generous apertures connect the home to light, wind, and the endless horizon.
